 With my many years of Household Management experience I have crafted the weekly 6-8hr day model with my own clients and I’d love to show you how you can do it too! I’m excited to equip and empower fellow empty nest moms to create their own businesses as independent Household Managers.

If you are an empty nest mom whose love language is Acts of Service, you love feeling appreciated and if earning extra income for you family sounds great… Then this is the perfect opportunity for you! There are families that NEED you and the support you can offer! The 1 day a week assistance you provide as a trusted extra set of hands, will allow these Executive Families increased margin, less stress and more joy in their home! I will work to match you with a household that fits your driving radius and desired tasks. Matching women gifted with Acts of Service to busy Executive Families that need the extra support is a total win/win!

Who Would Make a Great Household Manager:

~Empty Nest Mom* or soon to have an empty nest with youngest a senior in HS.

~Love Language is Acts of Service.

~Thrive on making a difference, felling needed and being appreciated.

~Physically fit to be able to be on your feet for 6-8hrs with a short 10-20 min lunch. Ability to carry laundry loads and groceries, do stairs, change sheets/make beds for entire household.

~Enjoy folding clothes, refreshing bedding, meal prep, organization and running errands.

~Problem solver, an eye for detail and excellence, love creating order, especially in someone else’s home! :)

~Don’t mind working solo, but would welcome the opportunity to pour into younger, executive moms.

~Have a heart for young families and would count it all joy to pray over their homes!

~Looking to earn a side income to fund savings, help pay down debt, cash flow college, fund the family vacation, new car or home remodeling project.

How it works:

Training & Initial Family Matching Fee $200

Additional Family $100/ea.

1) You and I have and initial phone consultation. I provide information on the role of a Household Manager and discuss your interest level and past experiences. From there, you can determine if this would be a good fit for you and your schedule. If so, consider if you would like a weekly client(s) or a bi-weekly client(s).

2) Training & Initial Family Matching fee is paid to Joy-Filled Service. You will be provided with details of the 6-8hr day model, plus my tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way. I will share the basic business beginning/building steps and am available as a resource to you.

3) Job shadow me 2 times to see the plan in real life action.

4) I find a household to meet your interests & driving radius

5) Once the perfect match is found, you will be connected to your household in need! You will work with your matched family to develop a customized schedule and plan of tasks, agree on payment made directly to you, and start reaping the benefits!

6) Payment for Household Managers range from $25-$40/hr depending upon experience. (A typical day rate of $200-$250 allows for a minimum of 6 hrs and up to 8hrs/day). I will make a suggestion for your day rate after you shadow me and I learn more about your past experience.

7) Earnings example: 1 weekly client at 1 day/week = $800/mo minimum.

8) Additional Family Fee of $100 is paid to Joy-Filled Service if you request for me to do additional family matches, this saves you from marketing and I bring the client to you. :)

9) Household Manager’s duties exclude cleaning and child care.
